So I ordered a Turkey Tom and received a sandwich without alfalfa sprouts. I asked about it and they just kind of shrugged and said they didn't have any. Considering they barely even put any lettuce on it, I pretty much just ate bread, mayo and turkey. Not a fan.

I'm not a fan. I've been to this location twice. The first time it was ok but this second time, the sandwich tasted off. Both times I got my sandwiches to go, oh wait, I made my sandwiches to go - both times I had to bag my own stuff. The last time I would have asked for my $$ back had I eaten the sandwich there instead of getting it to go. Kinda of expensive too. $14 for 2 sandwiches and 1 soda? That's Bread Company pricing without the Bread Company quality. Guess where I'll go next time?

Fast. Ultra fast. Like in the commercials fast. I always go through here when I'm in a hurry on my lunch break, or when I'm just starving and don't feel like waiting at all. To say I'm impatient would be kind, to say I'm an impatient road-raging lunatic might be a bit more accurate - and that's why I just love this place. Today the drive through was a bit backed up, 4-5 cars. So, one of the guys working the drive through was literally sprinting back and forth, taking orders by hand in order to speed up the process. The sandwiches are decent, definitely nothing artisan, and not the cheapest around either (Subway across the street has better deals in fact) but the SPEED, you just can't beat the speed. If you're in a hurry, don't like to wait, don't like to watch your "sandwich artist" take 15 minutes to unnecessarily overlap your isosceles cheese slices (HELLO, THEY FIT TOGETHER!) while you starve to death, then this is the place for you.

This JJ's has a drive through... and they live up to their freaky fast slogan. You order and by the time you get to the window your sammy is ready. A good stop before a cards game, or in my case today, on the way to the airport.

This Jimmy John's is definitely trying to meet their slogan of Freaky Fast. I work right down the street and have been here countless times. I remember the first time I went in, I ordered the Club Lulu with no mayo and the girl behind the register asked if I wanted any chips, I looked down at the options, and when I looked up the guy next to her was handing me my sandwich. I remember thinking to myself, that it better not have any mayo on it, and it didn't. The sandwiches are great, and I definitely recommend the ones on the right half of the menu, listed as the Giant Club Sandwiches. They have twice the meat of the Sub Sandwiches listed on the left half of the board for only $1 more. I went in with a coworker and mentioned this and he said he never noticed that because they were always rushing him for his order in their attempt to be freaky fast... so I guess that's the downside of the speedy service. I would, however, recommend skipping the chips, cookies, drinks, etc. This place definitely overcharges for their sides. They charge $1.50 for a bag of chips that you can get at a gas station or vending machine for half that or less. This location also likes to up-size the drink. If you don't specify a small drink, expect to get the large one. I actually sat there and watched one girl training another to do this. The new girl seemed a bit uncomfortable about this, but the other girl kept encouraging her to do so with a great big smile.

I love Jimmy John's. Great for swinging by through the area, especially after a stop at the Soulard Farmer's Market or if you don't want to wait for food at one of the area's restaurants. It always hits the spot. It also is open until 4 AM, so it's perfect for those late night munchies after partying and drinking too much alcohol. They are really fast at this location, but I find that their ingredients aren't as good as some of their other locations.

Dear Jimmy John's... I know your are freaky fast, but would it kill you to spend an extra half-second to put some napkins in the sack at the drive-up window? I normally wouldn't complain if it was an occasional occurrence, but I'm talking about 9 out of 10 visits. Oh yeah...more bacon on your JJ BLT... Management must just be overall stingy at the Soulard location.

If you don't do carry out, how about just skipping the part about being a total asshole and just saying you don't do carryout for those who don't know. Most delivery places do that so some would just assume. You have the simplist job too, try getting my order right next time or to my house in LESS than LITERALLY TWO HOURS

This location is so slow. Took 45 minutes to get our food and we only live a mile from the store.

I have never gotten exactly what I ordered. I do not put together picky orders, but this location manages to always forget something - cutting the bread in half, using the correct bread, even putting a sticker on the paper to ensure the sandwich stays together until I get back to work. Don't waste your time- there's a Panera and entry of other good sandwich places within a couple blocks.

I keep my reviews for chain places short. The food was good. I like getting the turkey club on lettuce. The drive thru here is very fast and I thought the food was on par with other jimmy John's locations. The staff seemed very nice.

Horrible service. The clerk at the drive through had a terrible attitude! It was so bad I left my unwich there. And I was hungry. It's my money, so can I at least get a hello and less attitude. We all have bad days but it's not fair to take your problems out on someone else.

I really don't know what is wrong, but this Jimmy John's does not taste like the other Jimmy John's in the country!!! I always get the same thing -- Big John on Wheat, no mayo, with hot peppers. It's my absolute favorite thing (and I normally hate regular sandwiches). But for some reason, this just tasted off here and my coworker agreed! **Update: Just read Cherie O's review and she said the same thing! It just doesn't taste as good as other locations.

If I were advising someone who just moved to St. Louis about the must-knows and best-kept secrets, this place would top that list. I'm serious. In a city where even Kinko's 24 hour copy centers close at 9, this sub shop is a beacon of hope for the night owls amongst us. Here are the reasons that if I had a way to "check in", I would be the king/duke/goddess of this place: 1. It's an f-ing Jimmy John's. 2. It's got a f-ing drive through. 3. It's open until at least 2 f-ing AM. Sometimes 4 f-ing AM. 4. It is literally the fastest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Seriously. F-in' A. ***Edited to censor F words because I received a complaint e-mail that said this review was not taken seriously because it included the word "f***". I am immediately editing it because I would not be able to sleep knowing that my review on Yelp of a Jimmy John's was not taken seriously.

worst customer service ever. I was in the drive through and asked the woman working for a bag for my food before she handed it to me. She rolled her eyes and raped a bag around my food and tried to hand it to me that way. If i had already not gave here my cash and was waiting for my change i would have drove off and went some where different for lunch. They were slow only one other vehicle in the drive through with me and they had just pulled around as i was pulling off. so they cant say they were busy or slammed cause they were not at this time. Just remember bring your own bag or dont ask for one at all.

Yeah, yeah, so you're saying, "It's just a sub shop" but, let me tell you, when it is 8 p.m. and your are just getting home from a 12 hour day at work or it's 1 am and the last thing you want to eat is pizza, this place delivers! Yes, I do mean literally and figuratively. Their delivery is lightning fast, the staff are friendly and cheerful and the food is yummy.

Horrible. Ordered online twice and delivered and the service was fast, but the sandwiches were terrible. They do not deliver napkins to cut on cost?. Spoke with the manager Carrie and was told I was vulger. I will get to thee bottom of this.
